Our plan for this event is to make it as much a wedding weekend and not just one long day that’s exhausting for everyone. So here’s what we’ll be up to this weekend.
Extra events are not mandatory, so feel free to join in however you choose!
Thursday, April 11, 2024
If you’re staying at Grand Lodge, then we recommend you check-in today. This way you don’t miss any of the festivities tomorrow. (Check in is at 3 PM.)
We’ll be checking in that day too, and will be around to say hi!
6:30 PM: We’ll be hanging out at the Doctor’s Office Bar. Come join us! Grab a bite, grab a drink, and play some shuffleboard or pinball. (Doctor’s Office Bar is 21+, but the Garage Door Bar is all ages and just a few feet away.)

The big day! All events happen at the Children’s Cottage.
3:00 PM: Please gather by the Children’s Cottage for drinks and light refreshments.
4:00 PM: Ceremony begins.
5:00 PM and beyond: Dinner, drinks, desserts, dancing, and karaoke!
Saturday, April 13, 2024
11:00 AM: We’ll be hosting brunch in the main hotel building (Equinox Room, on the first floor). Enjoy some food and drink and join us for Mike and Heidi Trivia!
1:45 PM: Meet us in the lobby as we convoy for a short walk in the beautiful Oregon woods. (Specific location TBD.) Inclement weather plan: Bowling at Rainbow Lanes!
6:30 PM: Dinner at the food carts! Only a short drive or walk away from Grand Lodge.
8:30 PM: Join us for drinks and jazz records at Billy Scott Bar.
Late night: Maybe a visit to the Soaking Pool? TBD.
